Reservations Policies

Your room can be reserved with Visa, Mastercard, Discover or personal check. You can check availability on line. However, you cannot choose specific room information. It is best if you call us toll free 866-582-5373 for availability or e-mail us at, Email Jeannie Babbitt.

We have a two night minimum stay on most weekends ( May 1st through October 31st).  Single night reservations are welcome during the week and during weekends when available.  So do not hesitate to call and ask. Check-In begins at 4 pm. Please! No early arrivals without prior arrangements.  Check-out is 11 a.m.

Reservation policy: 

Occupancy is limited to two (2) people per room.

A $25 processing fee per room per night is necessary to make a reservation.  Upon arrival this fee is applied to the room charge.  If the reservation is cancelled the processing fee is forfieted.  Please, if you reserve rooms for multiple parties, each party must contact the inn with payment method within 48 hours to secure the reservation.  Your reservation represents acceptance of all house & cancellation policies.

 

Our cancellation policy:

Should you find it necessary to cancel before arrival our policies are:

Single Room Reservations:  Reservations of up to 3 nights, a ten (10) day advance notice is required for cancellations or a one (1) night charge is assessed.  If less than 10 days notice is given, 50% of the reservation cost will be assessed.   If less than 48 hours notice is given the entire charge is assessed.

Multi Room & Whole Inn Reservations - a 30 day notice is required for cancellation  or a one (1) night charge is assessed.  If less than 10 days notice is given, 50% of the reservation cost will be assessed,  unless the room can be re-rented.   If less than 48 hours notice is given the entire charge is assessed.

Our house policies include:

Occupancy is limited to two (2) people per room.  In some rooms- special arrangements can be made for children 6 and under.

For the convenience all Inn guests prior approval is required for day visitors, all Inn amenites are for the use of Inn guests only.
No smoking inside the house and no pets.  No flame candles allowed in rooms.
