                             Stirring every 30 seconds.

In large resealable plastic bag place 1/4 cup sugar.

Seperate dough into 8 biscuits. And each biscuit into 4 pieces.

Place pieces a few at a time into bag and shake to coat with sugar.

Sprinkle 1/2 the pecan pieces into bottom of slow cooker. Top with half of the biscuits.

Pour 1/2 the mixture over biscuits. Repeat, pecans- biscuits and remaing mixture.

Cover and cook on high 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Or until knife comes out clean when inserted into center.

Top might appear to be unbaked and look moist.

Turn off cooker, let stand 10 minutes. Remove lid carefully so steam on lid does not fall into cooker.

Run a knife around edges and turn out onto heatproof serving plate.

melt together the whipping cream and chocolate morsels to create ganache to drizzel on top.

Or cheat like me and use chocolate syrup if you like. Dave did not like chocolate so I left it off his :)

YUMMY! Serve warm!
