Eggs in a Biscuit & Gravy!
This one would qualify for Semi-Homemade it is so easy.
1 Can butter tasting biscuits (they brown best)
1 Egg per biscuit
Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 pkg. McCormick Original Country Gravy
Place biscuits on cookie sheet. Make hole in center with thumb, stretching repeatedly.
Dave says this is the hardest part. Sometimes they will not stay stretched out.
Place one egg in center. Be sure it's stretched or egg will overflow.
Sprinkle top with grated parmesan cheese.
Bake @ 350 for 18 minutes, should be browned and egg set.
Prepare package mix for gravy per directions.
Top egg/biscuit with gravy and serve.
